Claudia Päffgen heads the marketing department at TIMAC AGRO Germany. TIMAC AGRO has been developing sustainable solutions for plant and animal nutrition based on marine biotechnology for 60 years. Maximum efficiency is achieved through the integration of natural active ingredients that optimize the nutrient uptake rate. Current political conditions, such as fertiliser regulations and increasing weather extremes, show that the time is ripe for TIMAC AGRO. TIMAC AGRO stands for efficiency, innovation and sustainability - and Claudia Päffgen would like to make this better known. She sees TIMAC AGRO as a partner for farmers on their way to innovative and sustainable agriculture. With the products of TIMAC AGRO she wants to offer innovative solutions to the farmer and support him in actively shaping his business for the future under the given conditions. Claudia Päffgen studied agricultural economics in Bonn and Göttingen. After her studies she worked for two years at the AFC Consulting Group, a management consultancy for the agricultural and food sector. She then worked for one year as Regional Manager NRW for GemüseAckerdemie. This educational programme for schools and kindergardens aims to give children the often lost connection to agriculture again - for more appreciation of food and for a generation that knows what it eats. Claudia Päffgen has been working in marketing at TIMAC AGRO Germany for 2 years now.
