Fabio Ziemssen is Director of Food Innovation at NX-FOOD. NX-FOOD stands for Next Generation Food and is a hub of METRO for new food solutions to address customer demands, future trends and a better food system. As a founder of the E-Food Blog Fabio organised meetings throughout Germany for the Food Startup Scene (German Food Startup Meetups, Next Generation Food Think Tank, Startup Food Market etc.). Since 2017 Fabio Ziemssen is also Co-Founder of the Think Tank Project FOODnext and the Coworking Space Super7000 in Düsseldorf, Germany. 2019 he was elected as the Chairman of the German Alternative Protein Association Balpro e.V.
