Dr. Frank Paaß is an organic farmer and board member of APZ-Agrar-Produkt Ziegendorf e. G. In the south-west of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania he runs an organic milk and organic market fruit farm with 350 dairy cows and their offspring. In addition to agriculture, holiday apartments are rented to holidaymakers. Mr. Paaß is very open-minded but also critical of modern information technologies. As one of the largest producers of organic milk in the country, the basis of his farm is the circular economy and the production of feed for organic dairy cows. Dr. Paaß is involved in the project "Agriculture for Biodiversity", which aims at cooperation between organic agriculture, science, nature conservation and trade. Biodiversity is promoted through targeted nature conservation services. The fields, meadows and pastures are home to Red List species.
