Heike Zeller knows the value chain from farm to table, as well as living in rural and urban environments. With her company aHEU, she advises agricultural and other food enterprises, in particular on marketing and sales. She shares her knowledge by being a trainer for Andreas Hermes Akademie, a lecturer, a speaker and a blogger. Heike loves bringing things together – both selling products and informing about their manufacturing. It is all about the relationships between people. Before becoming an entrepreneur, as qualified business economist and qualified sociologist, she was working, i.a., in academic research, food retailing and in mountain agriculture.
