Julia grew up in a farming family and studied agricultural sciences before joining BASF in 2001, where she now works in the Agricultural Solutions division. In addition to her role on the staff of BASF's Board of Executive Directors, she led marketing teams in France and Canada and is now Vice President for Global Sustainability and Government Relations. She leads a diverse global team that passionately shapes the agriculture of the future.
