Harm Böckmann is the founder of SuperMeatBoy, a start up company that had the goal to produce 100% transparent meat products for the German and European market. Additionally the products were produced on a high animal welfare level. The founder and the SuperMeatBoy company are now part of the Brand Qualitätsfleisch, a medium sized slaughterhouse that had been working together with SuperMeatBoy from the beginning. At Brand Qualitätsfleisch the original goal of transparent meat is still on the agenda. The slaughterhouse works with partners on making the concept a reality.
