Dr. Alexander M. Wiegelmann serves as Head of Transactions at KWS SAAT SE and is responsible for M&A transactions, corporate venturing and strategic licensing. He also co-founded a private equity firm focusing on small- and mid-sized companies in established industries. During his preceding career in investment banking he was with FCF Fox Corporate Finance, Close Brothers and Ernst & Young. Throughout his 12-year career he successfully completed more than 25 cross-border as well as domestic transactions for listed and private companies.
